Shelbyco Magazine Features Article on Birmingham’s Virgil Trucks
The current editon of Shelbyco magazine features a nice article on Birmingham native Virgil “Fire” Trucks, whose career included earning a spot in baseball history as one of only five big league pitchers to throw two no-hitters in a single season.
The article includes some terrific photographs of Mr. Trucks taken recently at Rickwood Field.
